The Vestibular Exchange

The Vestibular Exchange is a peer-driven networking and discussion forum hosted by the Vestibular SIG designed to foster practical, evidence-based conversations around vestibular care.

Originally launched in 2023 as informal online networking sessions, the group has evolved into The Vestibular Exchange—a welcoming community where clinicians, educators, and students can connect to discuss real-world vestibular practice.

The goal is to create a safe, low-pressure space for open dialogue, shared problem-solving, and collaboration across experience levels and practice settings. Participants range from students and early-career clinicians to highly experienced vestibular specialists.

Topics rotate throughout the year and reflect current clinical interests and challenges in vestibular rehabilitation, or the latest Vestibular SIG Podcast. Previous discussions have included BPPV across all canals, unilateral vestibular hypofunction, vestibular migraine, persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD), concussion management, and reviews of emerging literature and clinical practice guidelines.

The Vestibular Exchange is especially valuable for clinicians working in smaller clinics, rural settings, or environments without immediate vestibular mentorship, offering a place to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from colleagues across the profession.

No lectures. No selling. Just real conversation.

Students, clinicians, and educators are all welcome—whether you're new to vestibular care or have decades of experience.

Bring a glass of wine, a beer, or your bedtime tea—and come as you are.
