The Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy (ANPT) is a component of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). As such, ANPT courses are accepted in many states and District of Columbia, as allowed by the type of course requirement in state regulations.
A small number of states do not provide pre-approval of ANPT/APTA courses (subject to change): AR, CA, LA, NV, OH, OK, TX. In these states, the licensee is responsible for applying for credit.
State approvals and regulations concerning credit for contact hours vary and can change at any time. Please contact your state regulatory entity for specific questions. Contact information for regulatory entities can be found at the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy.
