WHAT IS THE ONLINE NETWORKING SESSION?
In January 2023, the Vestibular SIG leadership decided to start hosting casual online networking sessions to help PTs become more comfortable with the differentiation, evaluation, and treatment for their vestibular patients. The sessions are designed for PTs who treat vestibular patients or PTs who teach vestibular content to DPT or PTA students. If you are a PT who works alone in a rural area or in a small clinic without immediate mentorship, this discussion group is for you. We invite both novice PTs wishing to learn more and experienced PTs who want to share their knowledge and experience with others.
In the past year, topics have included: BPPV of all canals, UVH, vestibular migraines, persistent postural perceptual dizziness (3PD), concussion, and summaries of the most recent clinical practice guidelines. We welcome other suggestions
Join us bimonthly (every other month) for a fun, informative session to collaborate with other your vestibular colleagues to share knowledge, ask questions, and discuss complex patient cases.
