Tele-TBI Program Manager:
- Program development for the Tele-TBI clinics across the DOD Military Treatment Facilities;
- Knowledge of military clinical credentialing, privileging, contractual constraints, and cross state licensure issues to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and maximize clinician workload and clinical RVUís;
- Liaison to the DVBIC Chief of Staff office to serve as credentialing SME;
- Physical Therapist, SME for TBI evaluation and development of remote evaluation and treatment plans;
- Participation in national conference calls to promote the program and expand general knowledge of the success of the Tele-TBI program;
- Administrative duties include: staffing, budgeting, and timekeeping for 4 full time staff members;
- Writing new position descriptions and hiring 2-3 new staff members to accommodate the growth of the program;
- Collaboration with Armyís Northern Medical Command Tele-Health team for program growth, cross utilization of resources and infrastructure for maximal program growth.
Holy Cross Hospital
- PRN PT and Tele-PT Lead Evaluation and development of treatment plans for a culturally diverse patient population on all hospital wards including: wound care, intensive care unit, geriatrics, cardiology, oncology, medicine, surgical, and orthopedics;
- Development and implementation of the Tele-PT falls screening during the overnight hours in the senior emergency department.

- Clinical Coordination of inpatient staffing and scheduling.
- Clinical supervision of 3-5 inpatient Physical Therapy technician staff.
- Clinical Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) for the Physical Therapy Department; including the creation of the current
- Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP) for the Physical Therapy Intern Program.
- Management and execution of 10 existing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for physical therapy graduate student education.
- Creation of two new MOAís for increased accessibly to physical therapy graduate students in need of clinical placement.
- Effective in evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients on all hospital wards including: war casualty poly trauma, traumatic brain injury, intensive care unit, geriatrics, cardiology, oncology, medicine, surgical, and orthopedics.
- Program development and implementation of nurse transfer training for current nursing staff and incoming nurse interns.
- Equipment procurement planning.
- Attendance at bi weekly trauma rounds and multi-D medicine rounds to help coordinate patient care and advocate for appropriate discharge location.
Monthly education for:
- The orthopedics departments - pre-op classes for patientís awaiting total joint replacements.
- The Wellness Center ñ Diabetes and Exercise Class that meets bi-monthly
- Inpatient Nurse Transfer Training ñ quarterly
National Institutes of Health 2009-2010:
- Physical Therapist assigned to treatment and intervention development for the Traumatic Brain Injury ( TBI) Natural History Protocol.
- Effective in evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients on all hospital wards and outpatient clinic including: intensive care unit, oncology, medicine, surgical, and undiagnosed disease.
- Effective in working with other therapy staff including: physiatrist, recreational therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists to evaluate and develop long distance treatment plans for patients undergoing research studies.
- Collaboration with other institutes to provide input on protocol development pertaining to physical functioning, physical assessment and correlation of physical function and disease processes.
