Why Are You Running For This Position?

I am running for this position to help support and direct the focus of SCI Care in this country. For the past decade, I have had a strong interest in health promotion /disease prevention for persons with chronic injuries, as well as, a recovery focus for individuals more acutely injured. I have an advanced basic science degree, coupled with strong clinical experiences across multiple practice environments.  I work hard to establish strong communication strategies with colleagues, I welcome constructive feedback and enjoy working in a collaborative environment with others of similar interests.   I am grateful for your consideration.

The Section would like to extend a special thanks to all of the partnering organizations that have joined in to make the organization an invaluable resource for information, tools, and support for the population we serve.
