Get Connected…for Professional Knowlege and Growth

The Neurology Section promotes the development and dissemination of new knowledge concerning physical therapy management of persons with neurologic dysfunction and serves as a major source of information on neurologic physical therapy for the profession of physical therapy and for the Association. We sponsor continuing education programs including regional courses and combined Sections Meeting pre-conferences courses and programing for Section members.

We support members who pursue the Neurologic Clinical Specialty (NCS) by publishing and sponsoring specialized education programming. Members stay current by receiving complimentary the peer reviewed Journal of Neurological Physical Therapy (JNPT) which includes research paper, critical reviews, case reports, special interest topics, abstracts of conference platforms and poster presentations and proceedings. We also provide ongoing support for scholarships in neurologic physical therapy.

The Section would like to extend a special thanks to all of the partnering organizations that have joined in to make the organization an invaluable resource for information, tools, and support for the population we serve.
